Here are some information and notice for our customers’ reference.
Once you place an order with us, our system will automatically generate an order status.
Pending - an order is pending for certain reason(s).
Processing - an order is being processed by our customer service or warehouse.
Shipped - an order has been shipped. You’ll be notified by an email with tracking details.
Update - an order has been updated with some notice.
Cancelled – an order has been cancelled for certain reason(s).
You will be advised by our website system with an email notification for any updates / status about your order. You can Log In to see your order Status.
Our customer service will update your order status when your order is shipped. Your order will be at “Shipped” status, then you can track your order with detail tracking info provided by us. Here are delivery time for your reference when your order is shipped.
Registered Air Mail Service (For order $19 USD to $190USD) :
7 to 10 business days (about 10 to 14 normal days) after shipped
USPS or Global EMS Express Service (For order over $190 USD) :
3 to 5 business days (about 7 to 10 normal days) after shipped
The information above is just ONLY for reference as per our experience in past orders. Sometimes, your order might be delayed caused by unexpected situation, like flight delay, nasty weather or postal strike .etc. Besides, there is usually an updating delay on the tracking website. So please kindly be patient when your order is on the transit status, All orders will be finally delivered as long as they are insuranced and can be tracked. Moreover, we HERO-LED will be responsible for lost packages.
