M.O.Q
1, Minimum Order Amount is US$1,500 , excluding shipping .
2, Combined orders are acceptable for us .
3, We have a MOQ requirement for each product (see our price list) .
Payment
1, Payment Term : 100% payment upon signed sales confirmation .
2, Payment Method : Bank Transfer ; PayPal (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) ; West Union .
3, Since it's not a local bank transfer, please be sure to pay for banking charges both sides .
4, We accept main credit cards through PayPal, so you have to pay 5% for PayPal charge.
5, Orders are Not Refundable upon payment confirmation via paypal, otherwise you have to pay 5% for storage .
Shipment
1, Shipping Method : EMS Express is our default and main shipping method, 3~5 business days delivery .
2, Shipping charge : Shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order .
3, EMS Rate Form is attached with our price list. You can calculate shipping yourself .
4, Since the shipping charge is based on weight, the more you purchase the much more you save .
5, We recommend shipment by sea or air when order over US$5,000 in order to save shipping cost .
6, We can clear export customs and arrange shipment when you choose ordinary sea or air shipment .
Lead-Time
1, We start your production once we confirm receipt of your payment .
2, It usually takes 7-14days to prepare your orders. You will be notified by us if any delay .
Catalog and EMS Rate
1, You will get both the printable Catalog(Price List) and EMS Rate Form from us via E-mail .
2, Catalog includes Item No. , Item Name , MOQ and Prices and Item Weight , etc .
3, All listed prices are wholesale prices excluding shipping. They are FOB China .
4, EMS Rate Form shows shipping rate and countries and regions where we usually ship to .
5, You can calculate the item cost and shipping rate yourself to help with your budget .
6, All item weights are estimated as per our previous shipment with complete packing .
7, Acctual weight may be changed a little as per final packing or partial shipment. You'll be notified .
How to Proceed Your Orders ?
1, Please send your wanted Item No. and Quantity to email: carl@hero-led.com ( Sales Manager ) .
2, After we receive your orders, we will issue you a Sales Confirmation with Payment Info .
3, Please check the S/C carefully. You can Scan the signed S/C and send to the email address : carl@hero-led.com .
4, Please notify us via email after Bank Transfer. Please attach T/T copy with your email .
5, We start production of your orders immediately once we confirm receipt of your payment .
6, An email notification with Tracking Info will be sent to you after your orders shipped out .
