Free Delivery Worldwide

At HERO-LEDStore.com we like to keep things as simple as possible. All prices you see at our website are free delivery to your door. The price is total you have to pay for the order. However, we will not be responsible for any customs duties that vary from different countries if they are requested by your local customs. We deliver to worldwide, requiring minimum order $15.00 USD.

There are two main ways, in which we ship your orders :

Registered Air Mail Service ( For Orders $15 USD to $150 USD)

Insuranced airmail is available for any order below $150 USD,except packages that are over 2kgs weight. We will negotiate with you when airmail is not available for some packages (like over weight, exceeded volume.etc). Delivery are usually arranged by USPS, Canada Post, AUS Post and China Post, varying from different countries. Detail tracking info will be provided when your order is shipped. You can track your order online. Delivery takes about 7 to 10 business days (12 to 14 days).

USPS Express / Global EMS Express Service (For Orders over $150 USD)

USPS and EMS are our default express service, which is available for any order over $150 USD. If you want to upgrade your shipping to UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT faster express service, we would have to charge extra shipping cost that vary from different countries and areas. Delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days (5 to 7 days).

Our USPS/EMS Express service are only available for the countries and regions below:
Zone One: Hongkong, Macao (China)
Zone Two: Japan, Korea
Zone Three: Singapore,Thailand,Idonesia,Philippines,Malaysia,Vietnam,Cambodia
Zone Four: Australia, New Zealand
Zone Five:
UK,Belgium,Denmark,Finland,Greece,Ireland,Italy,Malta,Norway,Switzerland,Germany,Portugal,Sweden,France,Spain,Luxemburg,Austria
Zone Six: USA, Canada
Other Zones: Orders shipped to other zone have to use more advanced express service by paying extra shipping cost. Please contact us for further info if you want to upgrade shipping to faster express, like UPS,DHL or FedEx, you have to pay for extra shipping.

Shipping Responsibilities

HERO-LEDStore.com will be responsible for damaged and lost packages in shipping. New replacements will be sent upon full proof documents, like videos and pictures. Your shipping security is 100% guaranteed.
