How dropship works ?

1. Customers goes to your website and place orders.

2. Customers pay you for the orders.

3. You place the same orders on HERO-LEDStore.com and pay us for orders.

4. HERO-LEDStore.com ship items to your customers.

We HERO-LED will never pack any document or information about our company in the dropship orders, without customers knowing it is dropshipped. But your customers are sure to know where the packages are shipped from, because there are original countries shown on the courier slips.

You’d better make a note about dropshipping when you checkout your order, so that we can know it is a dropship order and our warehouse will proceed as per your instructions.
