All shipping and handling and costs such as taxes are included in the listed price.The listed price you see is simply the price you pay. There are not charges from us for international customers.They are Free international shipping without hidden fee.

Free Shipping by Insuranced Airmail: Our free shipping by registered airmail is available worldwide.Registered number will be provided when your order is shipped, and then, as soon as the parcel arrives in your country, it can be tracked at your local post website or local post office:

Free Shipping by USPS/EMS Express: USPS/EMS is our main and default express shipping method. They have strong power of customs clearance.It is faster and safer,usually takes 3-5 business days to get your side.Tracking number will be provided after we ship out your order.

If you wanna change to more advanced express,like UPS,DHL or FedEx,you have to pay extra shipping charge.


Return Policy

All items of HERO-LED are warranted for 1 year from date of invoice. If goods are faulty at no fault of the recipient,please notify us within 24 hours. Once it has been acknowledged by HERO-LED, goods will need to be returned to us within 7 days of notification.After inspection if deemed faulty due to manufacturing defects, goods will be exchanged with a replacement and shipped back.We are not responsible for damage from use, improper installation, or abuse.
We accept return for defective item only, and under the following conditions:
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Goods cannot be exchanged for cash refund.
• Orders are NOT cancellable.
• Goods can not be exchanged due to small imperfections of the product.
