Any order over US$100 is FREE SHIPPING BY EMS EXPRESS within 3-5 business days delivery.
Any order below US$100 is FREE SHIPPING BY REGISTERED AIR MAIL within 14 days delivery.
At HERO-LEDStore.com we like to keep things as simple as possible.We do not charge for shipping or handling or any other fee. All shipping and handling and costs such as taxes are included in the listed price.The listed price you see is simply the price you pay. There are not charges from us for international customers.They are FREE international shipping without hidden fee.
HERO-LED do not stock all items,because customers require different LED colors and they have different requirements about specifications. So,we can't guarantee to ship out all orders within 12hours or 24hours.But we guarantee to ship out stocked items within 24hours. We accept pre-delivery or pre-sales orders when our stock are not enough for your orders.It usually takes 7-14 days to process your order. If any delay, a notification email will be sent to you by our system. Please send inquiry to us about stock and delivery time when you want to place an order with us.
Free Shipping by Registered Airmail: Our free shipping by registered airmail is available worldwide.We ship out orders from Shanghai, Shenzhen or Hongkong. It usually takes 2 weeks to get your side.Registered number will be provided ,customer can track the shipment status of parcel in China Post firstly, and then, as soon as the parcel arrives in your country, it can be tracked at your local post website or local post office:

After we process and ship your item ,we will post the tracking/registered number on the Order Tracking page, a notification Email will be sent to you by our system, you can also login to your account to check your parcel's shipping status. Please keep in mind that once the package is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We strongly urge our customers purchase advanced express mail with insurance.
Return Policy
All items of HERO-LED are warranted for 1 year from date of invoice. If goods are faulty at no fault of the recipient,please notify us within 24 hours. Once it has been acknowledged by HERO-LED, goods will need to be returned to us within 7 days of notification.After inspection if deemed faulty due to manufacturing defects, goods will be exchanged with a replacement and shipped back.We are not responsible for damage from use, improper installation, or abuse.
We accept return for defective item only, and under the following conditions:
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Goods cannot be exchanged for cash refund.
• Goods can not be exchanged due to small imperfections of the product.
